Landscape Laborer

Job Summary
Pagel Services is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our landscaping team. This role involves a variety of outdoor projects, including building retaining walls, installing patios, grading, seeding, and more. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.

In addition to landscaping tasks, this position includes operating equipment, driving trucks with trailers, and handling various job site responsibilities. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a solid team, and seeing projects come to life, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Construct and install retaining walls, patios, and other hardscapes
• Perform grading and seeding work to prepare landscapes
• Operate various landscaping tools and equipment
• Drive trucks with trailers to transport materials and equipment
• Follow project plans and ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work efficiently in a team setting and assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping, hardscaping, or construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience operating equipment and driving trucks with trailers is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
