The hospital is renowned for The Trauma Center, staffed to treat any traumatic injury or illness, the fully accredited Breast Health Center, and The Burn Center, with more than 40 years of work in burn care. We are recruiting for a full time audiologist to join our team at the Surgery/ENT department at Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx.
- Perform newborn infant hearing screening
- Perform OAE testing as well as ABR and VNG evaluations
- Provides counseling to patients and their families/caregivers with regards to the results obtained as well as appropriate plan of care
- Au.D. or Master's Degree
- Current NYS Audiology License
- Current NYS Hearing Aid Dispensers License
- American Speech Language and Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-A)
