As a Program Supervisor, you will :
- Supervise, teach, and coach Direct Support Professionals and Lead Direct Support Professionals according to DHS licensing requirements and PAI performance standards. Ensure professional and regular communication to ensure ideas, concerns, and recommendations are given due consideration.
- Train and supervise program staff to 245D requirements and PAI policies and procedures.
- Provide supervision, support, evaluation, and development of participant's needs as specified in 245D licensing standards, PAI policies, and other applicable rules and regulations.
- Coordinate interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, and retention of staff.
- Oversee and author participant Coordinated Service and Support Plan Addendum (CSSPA), Individual Abuse Prevention Plan (IAPP), Self-Management Assessment (SMA), person-centered outcomes, and provide direct observation of staff members to ensure effectiveness of service delivery.
- Respond to identified support needs, interests, preferences, and desired outcomes for each participant.
- Oversee program staff to ensure adequate daily staffing.
- Ensure participant personal care needs are met and that proper transfer / lifting procedures are followed.
Your experience, skills, and attributes should include :
a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
Salary :
22.60-26.92 hourly ($47,000-56,000 annually), based on a 40-hour per week schedule. Monday through Friday (day shift).
