PAI is looking for a dedicated and reliable caregiver to provide community engagement activities to an adult male with disabilities. This could include but is not limited to : shopping, movies, bowling, restaurants and other thrilling adventures around town. Engage in fun community activities tailored to your client's interests and needs!
Job Title : Individualized Home Supports Professional (Part-time)
Location : Hugo, MN
Hours : 4 : 00-9 : 00pm (2 days / week); can be any two days of the week, as long as it is consistent from week to week
Pay Rate : $20 / hour mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities :
- Engage in activities that promote independence, skill development, and community integration.
- Assist with daily living skills.
- Provide transportation for client in your own vehicle for outings in the community.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Proactively communicate with the support team, sharing updates, insights, and any concerns related to the individual's well-being and progress.
