This could include but is not limited to: shopping, movies, bowling, restaurants and other thrilling adventures around town. Job Title: Individualized Home Supports Professional (Part-time)
Location: Hugo, MN
Hours: 4:00-9:00pm (2 days/week); can be any two days of the week, as long as it is consistent from week to week
Pay Rate: $20/hour mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities:
- Engage in activities that promote independence, skill development, and community integration.
- Assist with daily living skills.
- Provide transportation for client in your own vehicle for outings in the community.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Proactively communicate with the support team, sharing updates, insights, and any concerns related to the individual's well-being and progress.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- HS diploma and 18 years of age
