Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Cart Attendant to join our team. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our carts and providing exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the cleanliness and organization of the carts, including restocking supplies and maintaining the overall appearance of the carts.
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with financial transactions.
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
- Be prepared to handle any situation that may arise, such as a conflict with a guest, and manage conflicts in a professional and respectful manner.
- Perform other duties as required, including participating in safety drills and maintaining a safe and clean environment for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet the demands of a busy resort.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with children and families is preferred.
- Knowledge of conflict management and guest services is essential.
- Familiarity with hospitality and guest services is a must.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
