Are you creative, driven, and passionate about sales, marketing, and social media? Paint for a Purpose, a woman-owned small business specializing in corporate painting team-building events, is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our dedicated team!

Internship Details:

• Role: Sales, Marketing & Social Media Intern

• Dates: Early April – June 15 (2-month internship, possibility of extension)

• Commitment: 5-10 hours per week (remote, flexible schedule)

Compensation: Unpaid, with a 15% commission on every successful booking you secure

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify potential corporate clients to help shape our marketing strategy

• Conduct outreach via email and cold calling to introduce our unique paint team-building experiences

• Create and manage engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Build meaningful connections and grow our client community

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is comfortable with proactive outreach (email and cold calling)

• Enjoys creating engaging content and is familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Is passionate about creativity, sales, marketing, or event planning

• Southern California-based candidates preferred (Only Southern California-based candidates will have opportunities to assist on-site at events.)
