Painter’s Choice Auto Supply is a trusted provider of auto body supplies, serving body shops and automotive professionals within a 60-mile radius. We offer in-store sales, delivery services, and expert product knowledge to our customers. We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage Daily Operations, Oversee inventory, store organization, and ensure smooth business operations.
Customer Service & Sales Assist customers in selecting products, provide expert advice, and help drive in-store and outside sales.
Staff Supervision, Train, schedule, and manage employees to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
Inventory Management, Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records.
Financial Oversight, Manage cash handling, sales transactions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Marketing & Growth, Implement strategies to increase store traffic and build customer relationships.
Vendor Relations, Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
Store management experience preferred but not required.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage inventory, sales, and financials efficiently.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of auto body supplies and coatings is preferred but can be learned on the job.
