Experience working in an office setting
Experience in sales
Preferred background and or knowledge:
Basic painting and remodeling terminology,
Experience with project management,
Kitchen and bathroom design experience. (2020 design software)
Job Duties:
Answer phone and give general information, answer inquiries, etc.
Provide customer service in kitchen and bathroom showroom
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Follow up with potential customers
Check email and respond
Maintain and organize job files
Request and log payments
Manage job schedule for multiple crews
Maintain and organize files for employees
Use of Quickbooks daily, review transactions and record
Keep track of deposits and accounts receivable
Obtain job contracts via Docusign
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
