This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Painter at Painting Technology Inc in Cleveland, OH. The Industrial Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paint colors, applying paint using various methods, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, paint mixing, and application methods
- Experience with spray guns, brushes, and other painting tools
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards
- Physical stamina and dexterity for standing, bending, and lifting
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Previous experience in aviation or aerospace painting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
