As a Project Manager , you will play a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
This is a fully remote position , but candidates must be able to work within the EST time zone to align with team schedules and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Keep the team organized and on track : Ensure tasks are clearly defined, deadlines are met, and team members have the resources they need to succeed.
- Provide project updates to clients : Communicate progress, timelines, and any changes effectively via email, Slack, or other communication tools.
- Maintain the project management board : Keep tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira updated with accurate task statuses, deadlines, and priorities.
- Check in with the development team : Regularly touch base with developers to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure alignment with project goals.
