- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, recommending merchandise to guests based on their interests and preferences.
- Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring the shop looks visually appealing and engaging.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and assist with receiving and processing merchandise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
- Ability to work weekdays and evenings, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 pounds, as well as climb a ladder when necessary.
