What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sample Coordinator position at PAJ, Inc (Prime Art & Jewel)?
Job Purpose: Responsible for: Ordering and processing new samples for organization; receiving, packing, and shipping samples and materials to support trade shows and external sales representatives. Oversee and coordinate digital assets for brands. Engage with Sales representatives and end consumers as needed. Responsible for inventory management as it relates to sample merchandise processing.
Essential Job Functions:
- Merchandises products for show room with proper displays as directed by sales manager and sales team.
- Manages sample process flows to include ordering, receiving, allocation, and updating invoices & cost information.
- Maintain the Sample Room, clean, organized, documented controls.
- Creates Sales presentations & show books.
- Coordinates with In-house or external photography to prep for shows.
- Packs and ships market material to shows.
- Manage digital assets to share with team members and customers.
- Communicate and problem solve issues with retail customers as needed.
- Work closely and support Internal sales manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus but not mandatory.
Self-starter with minimal oversight needed.
Forward thinking and good with processes (creation and execution)
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with internal and external company contacts.
Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
