Location: Pala, CA
To support and administer the office of the VP of Food and Beverage.
- Minimum five-year experience in a high volume business enterprise.
- Extensive organizational and administrative skills.
- Must have intermediate knowledge in computer skills; Microsoft Office 2000 Suite including Outlook program knowledge preferred.
- Must have intermediate office equipment knowledge.
- Must have proper phone etiquette, people and strong communication skills.
- Must have the ability to communicate selflessly and on a variety of intellectual and professional levels with a cross breadth of extreme personalities.
- Administrative and supervisory ability.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations/complaints.
- Self starter, takes initiative, follows through, and possess a high degree of organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions:
- Works within a team environment to coordinate schedules and activities of the VP of Food and Beverage.
- Drafts financial, statistical, narrative, and or other reports as requested.
- Arranges, participates in, and implements, as directed, weekly meetings and committee meetings.
- Makes travel arrangements, if necessary.
- Sorts and distributes mail to personnel.
- Customer Relations – directs guests with problems and/or complaints to the appropriate department head.
- Orders office supplies as needed.
- Assists in completing and handling proper distribution of Company paperwork for management.
- Maintain files and schedules for the VP of Food and Beverage.
- Performs related duties as assigned by the VP of Food and Beverage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
