Job Description & Responsibilities :
- The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing quality telephone support to our customers, both internal and external.
- Supporting calls from different business offerings within the Hawaii Operations.
- They provide remote customer assistance using telephone diagnostics software for technical problems.
- They ensure Quality by following
- Call / System processes
- Answer customer service calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Input customer information into a computerized data base.
- Oversees the Call Activity in the Center. Takes ownership in closing the loop on issues. Work closely with the Service Scheduling Specialist to deliver quality level of service to our customers.
- Place in CRU /Supply / Will Call orders for our customers.
- Provides timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns, inquiries
- Know the various business systems (FWSS, Voyageur, EMP, CAPS, OLI, ISRVE, FIC and XPS)
- Works effectively in a team environment. Meet and exceed performance targets. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
- Good telephone skills. Practice good interactive skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to resolve issues under the guidance of our policies, processes and internal controls
- Acute attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively.
- Should be a team player and flexible to assist others when workload is high
- Must have good PC skills comfortable with MS Office applications
- Good organizational skills will also be required. Work independently in high pressure situations.
- High School Diploma/ GED required.
