What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Design Specialist position at Paladin Consulting?
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of instructional design experience.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline
- Please provide portfolio or work samples.
- Skills in other e-Learning tools (Rise 360, AI Voiceover software, Camtasia etc.)
- Video Editing skills
Salary : $28 - $33
