Russell Tobin Associates is currently seeking a Instructional Design Specialist. This is a 6 months contract with potential for extension/conversion for successful contractors!
Position: Instructional Design Specialist
Location: Houston, TX 77032
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Pay rate: $30-33.00/hr on w2
JOB SUMMARY:
Key job responsibilities (Duties):
- Under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups.
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of instructional design experience.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline
- Skills in other e-Learning tools (Rise 360, AI Voiceover software, Camtasia etc.)
- Video Editing skills
- Collaboration/stakeholder management, Ability to work on simultaneous projects and Ability to work autonomously.
