Job Description

Job Title : Front-End SWE (React Vite)

Job Summary : We're seeking an exceptional Front-End Developer to lead technical innovation in our web application ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, mentor team members, and deliver high-performance, scalable single-page applications that push the boundaries of user experience and performance. Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement sophisticated React applications using modern frontend technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable web solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in TypeScript.
Ensure web applications are responsive, user-friendly, and adhere to modern design principles.
Integrate with and consume web APIs, including GraphQL APIs.
Leverage tools like react-query / tanstack for data management and zustand for global state management.
Implement and customize UI components, utilizing libraries such as shadcn / ui.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes and tooling

Qualifications :

While a Computer Science or Software Engineering degree is preferred, we value proven technical skills and a compelling portfolio of front-end projects.

Expertise in TypeScript , with deep knowledge of modern frameworks, tools, and libraries.

Proficiency in writing modular, reusable, and well-documented code.

Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management patterns.

Experience working with and integrating web APIs, including GraphQL.

Deep familiarity with performance optimization, debugging, and scalability challenges.

Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility standards.

Experience leading complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills :

Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding engineering teams.

Expertise in GraphQL developmen t and optimizing query performance.

Hands-on experience with build tools like Vite and their optimization techniques.

Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks for front-end applications.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and front-end deployment strategies.
