Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive – International Markets to join our growing sales team. This role will focus on expanding Paladin Drones’ footprint in international markets, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology and an interest in global business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for international clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to tailor solutions for diverse markets.
- Participate in international trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in a tech or drone-related industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and business environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (i.e. HubSpot) is a plus.
