Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the United States market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a proven track record of leading sales teams, developing long-term customer relationships, and driving growth in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and will have a significant impact on the company’s expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Leadership : Enforce and execute a unified Go-to-Market strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand Paladin’s market share within the region. Lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and goals.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, enterprise clients, and strategic partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts within the region.
- Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets, with a focus on commercial, industrial, and defense sectors. Oversee regional market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analytics to senior leadership. Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions where necessary to ensure continued growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product offerings and to create effective sales collateral.
- Team Development : Mentor and coach the sales team, driving a high-performance culture. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing : Lead high-level negotiations, structuring contracts, and closing deals with large, complex customers.
