We offer our clients a complete submittal procedure from start to finish in order to obtain building permits for Stick Built Homes - Single Family Dwellings and Accessory Dwelling Units, Manufactured Homes - Single Family Dwellings and Accessory Dwelling Units, Garages/Carports, Sheds, and more throughout the Bay Area. We also work with our clients to resolve any code violations that they have received as well as project management options.

Since the California wildfires we have done hundreds of rebuild permits and now with the recent fires in Southern California we are expanding to working virtually for clients there with the goal of opening a Southern California branch.

We are looking for an Assistant Permit Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative support to our permit acquisition process and organize permit timelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedule of submittals, organizing files, checking in with subcontractors, communicating with County Officials, and providing general customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, strong creative problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily updates and to do’s regarding permit submittals
- Manage client communications and updates
- Coordinate between clients and sub contractors for needed items to ensure proper timelines
- Perform administrative and routine overview reports on status of list of client projects
- Support Project Managers in weekly tasks or projects
- Maintain effective relationships with county/city/state staff
- Keep team up-to-date on standards and requirements by jurisdiction
- Research and present to the team changes to permit laws/procedures
- Aid with client reception and management as needed
Starting Part-Time with potential growth into Full-Time.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
