Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Strategically manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, balancing priorities and commitments
- Executive Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-up: Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through
- Inbox & Communications Oversight: Manage email correspondence, draft responses, and prioritize key interactions
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries with seamless execution
- Administrative Operations: Support expense reporting, document organization, and other executive administrative needs
- Project Support: Assist with high-impact initiatives and special projects as needed
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar high-level administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Highly professional with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Proficient in Google Suite, scheduling tools, and executive communication platforms
