Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify potential customers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and Paladin Drones’ offerings
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and conversion
- 1-2 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or public safety industries)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
