Key Responsibilities:
- Enablement Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Paladin Drones’ sales objectives and growth goals
- Sales Tools & Resources: Develop, manage, and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence materials
- Training & Development: Create and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing skill development for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices
- Technology Integration: Work closely with sales leadership to optimize the use of CRM tools, analytics platforms, and other sales technologies to improve performance and efficiency
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and customer insights
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped to succeed quickly
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
- Proven experience in designing and implementing sales enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in CRM software (i.e. Hubspot) and sales enablement tools
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and training skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong interest in drone technology and public safety solutions
