Lawn Care Technician

This is a YEAR ROUND position.

We need team members for our Lawn Crew!

The right person for this job will be great at (in this order):

#1. Being a team player and being a team player to accomplish the common goal

#2. Being a valuable asset to the mowing crew on a route of around 50 locations

• Commercial
• Multi-family apartment complexes
• Single-family houses
• Vacant lots

#3. Tackling some tree work (We do 90% of our own tree removal)

Safety is a big deal- especially for the nature of work this position calls for. If you are the right person for this job, you will be keeping an eye on the people and the equipment to keep yourself and your team members safe.

This team is unique at Paladino Development Group. We have a massive amount of unpredictable work.

Pay for this position is based on experience. Paladino Development Group has a lot of opportunities to earn additional pay:

• Get your class B CDL and increase your value and therefore your pay (We will help you get it!)
• Make some extra bucks off the clock picking up tows in our tow truck (We only tow from our own properties. There is a lot of money to be made towing at night and on weekends. $50/vehicle) Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
