Our client, a leading innovator in the design and manufacturing of a broad range of architectural products employed in public spaces worldwide, is actively seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Architectural Sales professional based in the Dallas, TX area. The position, titled as Territory Manager, encompasses a focus on our client's extensive portfolio of exterior architectural products, including but not limited to outdoor site furniture and lighting.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Architecture/Landscape Architecture/Design (or a related technical field) and have specific technical Architectural or related experience before transitioning into a sales role engaging specifiers and end-users in the A&D community.

The Territory Architectural Sales Rep will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing customer service, sales management, representing building materials at trade shows, and driving sales growth.
Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate Will Not Just Have Exceptional Sales Abilities But Also Meet The Following Criteria
- A robust, experience-based understanding of the A&D community; proven success in collaborating with landscape architects/designers, contractors, architects, facility owners, and other specifiers and the skill to develop technical, "substitution-proof" specifications, and to guide them through the bidding and purchasing cycle.
- A deep understanding of specifier needs, requirements, and concerns, along with the ability to provide innovative solutions to their challenges.
- The capacity to multitask and deal with multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Territory Managers typically manage over a hundred projects progressing through various stages of the sales cycle concurrently.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to fully utilize CRM software and other technologies.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
