Account Managers maintain a territory of approximately 100 wholesale account locations and use their Passion and Professionalism to generate and execute plans with each account to grow that accounts share with brands that they support and to grow new brands into those accounts. We demand a high level of business ethics that will generate trust and respect of the Account Manager within the assigned territory. This position is responsible for the states of Oklahoma and Arkansas. You must currently live in or be willing to relocate to Oklahoma.
The Account Manager is the key relationship builder in the organization. Responsible for relationships at direct wholesale accounts, but also at RNC contractors, R&R contractors, and builders. They also assist the Business Development team in pull-through of commercial projects through the wholesale channel.
Account Managers train, troubleshoot, plan, prospect, assist, execute and present within their territory with the goals of growing their influence, expertise, and trust within the marketplace. Collaboration and information sharing is required with Sales Managers, The Business Development team, the Customer Service Team, other Account Managers and Manufacturer personnel to share and gather the information needed to run their territory. By actively pursuing these behaviors each day, the ultimate goal of increased sales will be accomplished.

A Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience, English language, Clean driving record, clean credit record.
HVAC and/or Plumbing experience and existing relationships within the industry.
