You'll be based at our state-of-the-art Canal Street facility in Milwaukee. This modern bakery is equipped with the latest technology and embodies our commitment to innovation and excellence. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, providing ample opportunities for growth and learning within a supportive team.
When you’ll work…
We have an opening for the Bakery Quality Improvement Associate position on each shift:
- First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Third Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What you’ll do…
- Perform daily quality and food safety audits in the bakery.
- Collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions.
- Review production schedules and batch sheets for accuracy.
- Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance product quality.
- Support R&D during bakery trials.
- Train bakery staff on safety and quality processes.
- Maintain accurate audit reports.
