We are currently hiring experienced Electro-Mechanical Technicians to join our team on 2nd shift.
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm

What you’ll do…
- Maintain and Repair: Support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
- Machine Installation & Rebuilding: Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery across various plant areas, including production and packaging.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable devices.

- Safety-First Mindset: Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and safety guidelines.
- Technical Proficiency: 1-3 years of experience in mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair, supporting seamless production functionality and achieving daily production goals.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Organized and methodical in tackling challenges, often in time-sensitive situations.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and dedication to the success of the entire Palermo’s team.
