Where you’ll work…
Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
Our Warehouse team is responsible for making the plant efficient through keeping the lines running, the storage and dock areas clear, and ensuring we meet and exceed daily pizza production goals while maintaining our high standards for people and food safety.
When you’ll work…
Hours are predominately 1st into 2nd shift hours. You support inventories for all operations 7 days a week.
What you’ll do…
Support our warehouse and production teams by performing inventory cycle count and adjustments. Providing direction and instruction to ensure Inventory accuracy.
Assist with the performance of in depth investigation for any discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
Communicate with all department on any inventory inaccuracies.
Assist with the reinforcement of the importance of following all food and people safety rules as well as safe forklift operating procedures.
Participate in the training events around rules, regulations, safety, and job expectations.
Participate in CI projects to resolve challenges and improve efficiencies.

Proven ability to safely lead your team through following all food and people guidelines.
Utilizing knowledge from your 2-3 years’ food manufacturing warehouse inventory experience with previous exposure to leading and guiding an inventory team.
Utilizing knowledge of warehouse processes and food manufacturing to maintain inventory accuracy.
Organized and methodical approach to determine supply needs to meet daily production schedules and successfully addressing challenges as they arise.
Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
