PALFINGER is seeking a Quote Administrator to provide accurate and timely quotations to the regional sales team for the Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) product line. This role also involves managing bids, documents, and orders for respective opportunities. Join or dynamic team at our Oklahoma City facility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quote prices, credit terms, and/or other bid specifications
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Present information to customers about Aerial Work Platforms (AWP’s) and answer customers’ questions about AWP’s, prices, availability, products, and services
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, and other information pertaining to purchased products.
- Receive and maintain customer purchase orders; write and release internal/external orders for AWP’s.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of quote administration preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or 2-year college education preferred.
- Knowledge of customer base and AWP’s including specific design builds preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. CRM experience and knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, demonstrating excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
