What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at Palisade, you’ll be the face of our commitment to service excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Retain customers by providing outstanding support and addressing their needs with care and efficiency.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with customers via phone and email.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Develop strategies to minimize customer issues, particularly those related to service and billing.
- Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns and work to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling of termite and pest control services.
- Account Management: Process payments accurately and maintain customer accounts with precision.
- Field Support: Liaise with our technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Proven success in delivering top-tier customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Skills: A detail-oriented self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Mac, Google, Outlook, Email, Office Suite, and experience with accounts receivable, billing systems, and CRM software.
- Legal Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Work Hours: Full-Time, M-F, Saturdays, as needed
Compensation: Hourly, Bonuses
