Job Summary
The U10 Far West Head Coach will oversee a specific age class, segment or sub-segment of a ski or snowboard discipline within Team Palisades Tahoe. This position contributes to the overall success of Team Palisades Tahoe in accordance with the Mission and Vision as measured by the quality of the athlete and employee experience, retention, athlete success, and parent satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of a specific segment or sub-segment (gender/age/ability/etc.) of a department discipline and/or age class.
- Develop and implement annual training plans in conjunction with the Manager and other Head Coaches.
- Pursue and maintain coaching certifications while engaging in continuous professional development.
This role is located at Palisades Tahoe Resort in Olympic Valley, CA, and offers a competitive salary range of $22.60 - $39.10 per hour.
