Competencies and Requirements :
Physical Requirements : Must be able to walk, talk, see, and hear consistently. Capable of standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Able to perform tasks like squatting, bending, and shoveling snow. Specific vision abilities required.
