Responsibilities
- Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, cycle, and other specialized programs.
- Design and implement effective fitness programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of participants.
- Provide personalized coaching and support to individuals during classes to enhance their performance and experience.
- Maintain a safe and clean workout environment by adhering to health club standards and protocols.
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fitness instruction to continuously improve class offerings.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere by encouraging member engagement and participation in events or challenges.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Instructor in a health club or gym setting is preferred.
- Certification in group fitness instruction or specialized training (e.g., yoga, Pilates, CrossFit) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of program design principles and ability to adapt workouts for various skill levels.
- Experience in personal training or sports coaching is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all backgrounds.
