POSITION PROFILE
We are looking for an analytical, metrics-driven, spreadsheet-making pro to take on our CRM Coordinator role. As part of Palisociety’s corporate team, you’ll be tasked with supporting the marketing and revenue teams to ensure our customer data is accurate, always up-to-date, and properly utilized across departments. From data cleansing and maintaining quality information in our CRM system to generating detailed reports, tracking customer behavior, and measuring campaign performance, this vital position will help us optimize our guest communication strategies. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and will be comfortable overseeing email campaign deployment and maintaining guest communication across various mediums. This is a hybird or possible remote position.

THE TASK AT HAND:
- Ensure ongoing data quality & governance.
- Enact and manage data governance policies.
- Data Quality monitoring.
- User training - Internal Data & Reporting SME.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data & data systems.
- Data Cleansing - CRM
- Data Standardization - Vendor
- Monitor and support addressing email reputation & deliverability gaps.
- Email Reputation Monitoring
- Campaign Audience Selection
- Generate adhoc and recurring insights and recommendations.
- Custom data analysis & dashboards
- Benchmarking/ Provide high level overview of key business metrics.
- Provide data driven insights & recommendations based on analysis..
- Enterprise Analytics & Reporting
- Provide high level overview of key business metrics.
- Project manage all email marketing campaign needs, from internal graphic requests and compiling special offers to QC and scheduling
- Edit and update all transactional emails as needed
- Liaise between Palisociety and vendors
- Work with the marketing team on executing the annual email marketing calendar for all hotels and restaurants
- Upload email subscriber lists, create new audiences as needed for email marketing purposes, and implement A/B testing to improve open and click-thru rates
- Oversee CRM onboarding process for new properties
- Oversee and update the data dictionary as needed.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- HTML proficient/knowledge a plus
- Hotel Experience a plus
