📦 We're Hiring: Fulfillment Supervisor – Palletized eHub (Miami, FL)

Palletized eHub is on the lookout for a Fulfillment Supervisor who’s not only operationally sharp but KPI-oriented, people-focused, and driven to create smooth, scalable logistics solutions for growing brands.

About the Role:

This is a frontline leadership position ideal for someone with 3 years in warehouse or fulfillment operations who can manage and motivate a team of up to 10. You'll be responsible for delivering high-performance results while maintaining a positive team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•Leading and supervising daily outbound operations with precision and urgency

•Managing and tracking packaging supplies to ensure availability and cost-efficiency

•Enforcing SOPs tailored to each member’s order preferences, as outlined in their one-pagers

•Ensuring all orders are shipped within defined SLAs and meet required KPI benchmarks (accuracy, timeliness, efficiency)

•Collaborating with the team to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency

•Jumping in to pick and pack orders if needed to maintain workflow and meet shipping deadlines during peak volumes

•Troubleshooting delays or exceptions with urgency and accountability

•Coordinating inventory, order processing, and team tasking using WMS (Excel is a plus)

•Supporting one Saturday per month (half-day) for setups and continuous improvement initiatives

•Bringing creative thinking and a solutions-driven mindset to day-to-day operations

You’re a Fit If You Bring:

•3 years of fulfillment or warehouse leadership experience

•Experience managing up to 10 team members

•A KPI- and SLA-driven mindset with strong accountability

•Fluent Spanish, with English proficiency

•Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

•Familiarity with warehouse systems (Excel proficiency is a plus)

•Positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to lead by example
