We are looking for HVAC Service Manager and Air Conditioning Technicians to join our company located in Pompano Beach.
Compensation :
- HVAC Service Manager : $80,000 to $100,000 annually (based on experience).
- Air Conditioning Technicians : $25 to $30 per hour (based on experience).
Tasks
HVAC Service Manager - Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage HVAC service operations for residential and commercial projects.Lead, train, and mentor HVAC technicians to ensure high-quality work.Oversee daily service calls, diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues.Perform system inspections and manage service maintenance schedules.Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.Provide excellent customer service, address client concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts necessary for service calls.Prepare and review service reports, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.Air Conditioning Technicians - Responsibilities :
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems.Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment.Communicate with customers to explain service needs, solutions, and offer recommendations.Ensure all work is done according to safety standards and regulations.Keep track of equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring proper handling.Provide high-quality customer service during each interaction.Requirements
Requirements HVAC Service Manager
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC fieldwork.Proven leadership skills with deep knowledge of HVAC systems.Expertise in service and supervision tasks.EPA License and Clean Driver's License required.Requirements HVAC Technicians
