- Ensure the safe and timely arrival of passengers to their designated hotel destinations.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with luggage and answering any inquiries they may have.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the passenger van.
- Coordinate with hotel staff and airport personnel to facilitate smooth passenger transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger pickups, drop-offs, and any incidents that may occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with passengers to provide information about the journey and any potential delays.
