Buscamos una Asistente administrativa para oficina ubicada en la calle 8th de Miami. El pago esta entre $15 a $20 la hora depende la experiencia. Se requiere que sea bilingue en espanol y en ingles.
Tareas
Responsabilidades :
- Brindar apoyo administrativo diario al equipo de la oficina.
- Gestionar y organizar documentos, archivos y correspondencia.
- Programar reuniones, citas y coordinar agendas.
- Elaborar informes, memos y otros documentos utilizando Microsoft Office.
- Atender llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y asistir a clientes de manera profesional.
- Supervisar el inventario de suministros y realizar pedidos cuando sea necesario.
- Asegurarse de que las operaciones de la oficina funcionen de manera eficiente.
