Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring that all employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Process payroll and benefits for all employees, including generating reports and reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.
- Develop and maintain procedures for payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of all employee benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or human resources.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Wine industry knowledge a plus.
