This role will work closely with the Human Resources team to drive results for accurate data and reporting for HR and business analytics, produce timely high-volume quality payroll management, administer employee benefits programs and leave of absences, and improve processes through leveraging technological capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ADP Workforce Now, including payroll and tax information, benefit enrollments, time off, and demographic details.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filing, payments, reporting audits, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and transmit timely and accurate payroll to ADP for 300 employees.
- Collaborate with ADP to ensure compliance with local practices and submit all payroll/employment taxes, government, and local filings (US and Canada).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
- Minimum of one year of payroll experience with ADP.
- Familiarity with self-insured benefits and leave of absence.
