Location: Port Washington, NY
Position Overview: The Pricing Coordinator maintains and manages our national pricing records with our proprietary pricing software. There will be daily interaction with both back office and sales personnel. Reporting to our Eastern Pricing Manager, the person will help to enforce our price positioning on multiple wine and spirit portfolios, while also being mindful of our budgets by brand.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Understanding and execution of state specific price posting requirements
- Manage, complete, and respond to daily transactional pricing requests in accordance with required due dates
- Raise potential pricing issues to managers where we are outside of strategy
- Effectively communicate with all internal departments from sales to the back office
- Provide administrative assistance through running routine as well as ad hoc reports
- Regularly work with large data sets in excel using the following skills
- Vlookup, Range Lookups
- If/Iferror
- Pivot Tables
- Tracking/logging of price change requests to help streamline execution and communication to our customers
- Ensure compliance with operational policies
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft office
- Industry experience a plus
- Wine knowledge a plus
