We are seeking a skilled and innovative Developer to join our dynamic team. The ETL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support data integration and reporting needs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a deep understanding of HL7 standards, healthcare data, HIPAA compliance, and provider data management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust ETL processes for healthcare data integration.
• Develop, test, and maintain data models and database structures to support reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data security standards.
• Perform data validation and ensure data quality and integrity across all solutions.
• Optimize data retrieval and storage processes for efficiency and performance.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and healthcare data management.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
• Other duties may be assigned by your Supervisor and Managers.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 2 years of experience in ETL development, healthcare data integration, or a related role preferred.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to visitors, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SQL, data modeling tools, and ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
• Other Skills and Abilities: High accuracy and extreme confidentiality a MUST. Detail-oriented and very organized. Ability to alphabetize and put information (materials, forms, etc.) into chronological order. Analyze medical records for completeness, schedule time and assignments effectively.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will have a combination of standing, sitting, bending, and reaching. May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
