In support of the university’s mission and objectives, the Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness supports the administrative duties of the department in its functions, processes, projects, and reports.
Essential Functions
- Tracks and reports results for annual office assessment outcomes.
- Assists in ongoing work in the assessment and accreditation management system.
- Monitors and responds to data requests.
- Assists the Senior Research Analyst with reports and communication.
- Processes financial requisitions for timely payment to vendors.
- Schedules meetings and assists with documentation/minutes/related tracking.
- Produces ad hoc reports to support curriculum development and revisions, and academic program review.
- Post high school training required; Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 years of experience.
- Data management experience required.
- Proven experience using Excel skills to track complex data sets.
