Responsibilities:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
- Provide professional and upbeat customer consultations
- Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Ensure tanning beds and equipment are clean and functioning
- Handle cash, open and close the business
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including goal tracking
- Train and develop new sales associates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
- Previous customer service experience
- A friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Leadership experience is a plus
- A polished, professional appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day
