Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists who take pride in their work and enjoy creating pristine spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and the drive to consistently meet our high standards. Experience in high-end residential or hotel cleaning is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

As the business expands, full time work will be available.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning in luxury homes, focusing on quality and precision
• Adhere to a checklist to ensure consistent, exceptional cleaning services
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment with care, ensuring proper sanitation
• Report any necessary maintenance or repairs to the management team
• Open to providing additional tasks requested by client (stocking fridge, cleaning sheets, making beds, laundry, etc.)

Skills:

• Prior experience in luxury or hotel-standard cleaning is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
