- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business success.
- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers, helping them find best beauty solutions for their individual needs.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on benefits and usage of beauty products, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date with latest beauty trends and products, making informed recommendations to customers.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring loyal customer base through exceptional customer service.
- Ensure sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and optimized for sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions and daily administrative paperwork, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, and treatments.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
- Background in beauty therapy or cosmetology is a plus.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
