-Free on weeknights & able to TRAVEL on weekends for games

-Willing to help build organization, share input & work in a team atmosphere.
Palm Beach Youth Football Alliance is an independent youth football organization that's apart of MID FL YOUTH CONFERENCE. This is a great opportunity for recent high school grads who want to learn the fundamentals of coaching football. CURRENT AGE GROUPS that's looking for coaches:
8U, 12U , 14U
Practice-2-3 times a week; 6:15pm - 8/8:15pm
Games: Saturday
Requirements:
Must know fundamentals of the sport.
Must have your own car to get to and from practice and coaching meetings or live nearby.
MUST enjoy working with kids and teaching them how to become better individuals.
MUST be dependable.
MUST obtain a:
2025 Youth Tackle Coach Certification via USA FOOTBALL.
Pass a level 2 background check.
CPR/AED certificate(We Will pay for)
Responsibilities:
Teach fundamental skills to the players while emphasizing skill development, fair play, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.
Be on time at all practices and games.
Provide a safe environment for practice and games by checking the condition of fields and equipment each day.
Examine all fields prior to each game for unexpected hazards.
Teach skills in developmentally appropriate stages.
Be responsible for the children until they are turned over to a parent or guardian before leaving the field/gym.
Provide proper first aid when injuries occur.
Abide by all officials’ decisions.
Be accessible by phone or email.
Read and have all registration forms from your players at every practice and game.
You will be responsible for knowing the existing medical conditions of your players that are listed on their registration form.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
