Duties
- Develop and implement effective training programs that enhance players' skills and performance.
- Conduct regular practices, focusing on both individual skills and team strategies.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Organize and lead team meetings to discuss game strategies, player development, and team dynamics.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and respect among players.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team progress and individual player needs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of football techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Experience working with students or youth in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively within a team setting.
- Physical fitness to demonstrate techniques and participate actively in training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with players, parents, and staff effectively.
